Job summary

EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is hiring Cantonese bilingual Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives for Pasay (WFH after training) and Quezon City (onsite). Salary ranges: Pasay up to ₱108,000; QC ₱99,000–₱104,000. Onsite for QC, hybrid/remote for Pasay after training; visa eligibility may apply for foreigners.

Qualifications

• Cantonese speaking proficiency is required.
• BPO experience is preferred.
• No BPO experience? candidates may be considered with at least 6 months of work experience where Cantonese was required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support to Cantonese-speaking customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting requests.
• Provide professional assistance in Cantonese and English.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Follow client processes and quality standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
