Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Technical Support Associate to deliver front-line support for desktop issues, software, connectivity, and user accounts from our Pasay on-site location. You will log interactions and guide users step-by-step through troubleshooting, escalating complex cases as needed.

You will work in Cantonese and English, follow SOPs, meet performance targets, and collaborate with team members in a secure, privacy-conscious environment.

Qualifications

Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
Customer Support capabilities and clear communication in fast-paced contact centers.
Fluency in Cantonese and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in a call center or help desk is an advantage.
On-site Pasay work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if required.
Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRM systems and standard productivity software.
Education level: senior high school or higher; IT/CS background is beneficial.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to high-quality customer experiences.
