Cantonese-speaking professionals are needed to join our team as Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an Oil and Gas account. The role focuses on voice interactions in Cantonese and accurate data entry into the system. Training will be conducted onsite, followed by a hybrid arrangement.

The position is a project-based contract for 8 months, based in Makati, Ayala. Expect day shifts with shift variation; 2–3 onsite days per week after training.

Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking and writing Cantonese.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to handle voice-based customer interactions professionally.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Willing to work on an 8-month project-based contract.
