The role focuses on voice interactions in Cantonese and accurate data entry into the system. Training will be conducted onsite, followed by a hybrid arrangement.

The position is a project-based contract for 8 months, based in Makati, Ayala. Expect day shifts with shift variation; 2–3 onsite days per week after training.

Job Description

We are looking for Cantonese-speaking professionals to join our team as Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an Oil and Gas account. The role primarily involves handling voice interactions with customers in Cantonese and encoding relevant information accurately into the system.

Successful candidates will undergo an interview process to assess their language proficiency, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Salary Package

• Total Compensation: Up to ₱88,250 package

Work Schedule and Setup

• Shifting schedule, predominantly day shifts

• Fully onsite training for 4–6 weeks

• Hybrid work arrangement after training, with 2–3 onsite days per week

• Work Equipment will be provided

• Office Location: Makati, Ayala
