Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Screening Specialist to process candidate applications from diverse sourcing channels and present the most qualified to the Hiring Manager for interview consideration.

You will manage candidate flow, communicate EVP, and partner with IBM Talent Acquisition Business Partners to fill requisitions efficiently and with high quality. Strong relationships and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment best practices.
• Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers through open requisitions, sourcing, debrief and offer stages.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels.
• Submit shortlisted candidates to Hiring Manager or TABPs and provide requisition status updates.
• Act as brand ambassador to engage active candidates and maintain their interest in the client’s company.
• Keep ATS/CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
