Asiatel Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth in targeted markets. You will develop strategies, set targets, coach reps, and monitor the sales pipeline to optimize revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales leadership, strong English communication, and a proven track record in B2B sales, with hands-on management of multiple accounts and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with supervisory experience.
• Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team.
• Strong KPI achievement and target management.
• Experience in B2B or corporate sales.
• Excellent communication and English skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities
