Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, seeks a Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern to support end-to-end intern processes and branding campaigns.

You will craft engaging content for social media, coordinate with universities, and assist with events, gaining exposure to a fast-paced corporate environment. Target deployment is January 2027.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience or interest in organizing school events, student activities, or extracurricular initiatives.
• Familiarity with recruitment, project management, event planning, or social media content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced corporate environment and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process for interns—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist employer branding campaigns and campus activities to build brand presence among students.
• Create engaging content for employer branding across social channels and recruitment avenues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and university partners to implement recruitment and branding initiatives.
