Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience or interest in organizing school events, student activities, or extracurricular initiatives.
• Familiarity with recruitment, project management, event planning, or social media content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced corporate environment and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.

Responsibilities

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern

will be responsible for:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Supporting the execution of employer branding campaigns and on-ground activities to strengthen the company's presence among students and fresh graduates.
• Creating engaging content and promotional materials for employer branding initiatives across social media and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external university partners to ensure the smooth implementation of recruitment and branding initiatives.

• Currently 3d year or 4th year pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has experience or demonstrated interest in organizing school events, student activities, or extracurricular initiatives.
• Familiarity with recruitment, project management, event planning, or social media content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Target deployment is January 2027.
