The role involves creating content for newsletters, intranet, and social media, and collaborating with Marketing to showcase culture and opportunities.

You will promote Monee as an employer of choice across campus initiatives, channels, and recruitment materials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in campus engagement and employer branding or similar.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage internal communications strategy across newsletters, intranet, and digital channels.
• Create engaging content for employer branding across social media and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing to highlight culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through digital and campus initiatives.
• Maintain consistent employer branding across recruitment channels and materials.
