Monee is seeking a Communications & Employer Branding Specialist to lead internal communications and elevate our employer brand. You will craft strategies for announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and digital channels, ensuring timely and clear messaging across platforms.

You will also collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns that highlight our culture, values, and career opportunities, and support campus initiatives to position Monee as an employer of choice in a multicultural

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Organizational Communications.
• At least 3 years of experience in campus engagement and employer branding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders in multicultural environments.

Job Description

A Communications & Employer Branding Specialist will be responsible for:

Internal Communications

• Develop and manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy covering announcements, newsletters, internal websites, etc.
• Communicate initiatives to employees in a variety of print, digital, and interpersonal ways; tasks may include creating and publishing company newsletters, calendars, blogs and Intranet posts, and hosting meetings.
• Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication across digital channels (email, intranet, chat platforms, digital displays, etc.).

Employer Branding

• Support the creation of engaging and creative content for the company’s social media and employer branding platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop campaigns that highlight company culture, values, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
• Assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice through digital and on-campus initiatives.
• Help maintain consistent employer branding across recruitment channels and communication materials.

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Organizational Communications, and the like
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in campus engagement and employer branding management
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
• Familiarity with Design tool skills (e.g. Figma, Canvas, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Target deployment is by January 2027.
