Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus cleanliness and safety standards.
• Source vendors and communicate with them directly.
• Order supplies and food for client visits.
• Manage headset inventory.
• Manage facilities tickets and tracking spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and daily deliveries.
• Organize and follow up on multiple tasks with timeliness.
• Inform Facility Management Committee of issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
