Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, pantry, restrooms, and other facility areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify housekeeping, maintenance, and safety concerns.
• Ensure all facility areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies and consumables.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, training rooms, and event spaces as required.
• Support office moves, workstation arrangements, and facility-related projects.
• Monitor the condition of office equipment, furniture, fixtures, and facility assets.
• Report and coordinate repair and maintenance requests with the Facilities Team.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and facility improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory management of office and housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and facility equipment.
• Maintain compliance with company safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Identify and report potential workplace hazards and safety risks.
• Assist during emergency situations, drills, and business continuity activities.
• Ensure fire exits, walkways, and common areas remain unobstructed and accessible at all times.
• Assist in receiving and distributing office supplies, deliveries, and facility-related items.
• Maintain records of inventory usage, facility inspections, and housekeeping activities.
• Provide support for employee and visitor needs related to workplace facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as assigned.
