You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize campaigns and ensure rapid resolutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital advertising support, strong SQL, API familiarity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS, SE, IS, or related field.
• At least 2 years in customer or technical support, preferably in digital advertising or BPO.
• Experience with backend product support, ad tech engineering support, or technical integrations.
• Proficient with live chat and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics and SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking for campaign data.
• Adaptable to shift-based, fast-paced environments with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time support to advertisers via live chat, email, and tickets.
• Handle complex inquiries in a high-volume call center setting.
• Resolve issues related to campaign setup, performance, targeting, billing, and Pixel tracking.
• Serve as trusted contact for campaign optimization and best practices.
• Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with team leads to exceed SLAs in response and resolution times.
• Lead and mentor junior teammates, promoting accountability and outcomes.
• Explain complex product information to varied technical audiences.
• Update internal knowledge base with recurring cases and solutions.
• Work with internal teams and partners to improve service quality.
• Cover rotational shifts to support global teams across time zones.
• Be SME for processes and products for quick responses and resolutions.
• Lead specialized teams on Pixel tracking, API integration, and data flow troubleshooting.
• Use SQL to analyze performance and identify tracking issues.
