FlowerStore Group in the Philippines seeks an Operations Excellence Specialist to lead campaign readiness and operational initiatives across FlowerStore and Potico. You will translate campaign plans into actionable requirements and coordinate with key teams to ensure flawless launches.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with experience in e-commerce operations, process improvements, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment operations at scale.
• Proven track record of improving service levels and operational cost efficiency through data and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational preparation and readiness of major campaigns across FlowerStore and Potico.
• Translate campaign requirements into operational action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop campaign preparation timelines, checklists, and readiness plans with Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Monitor campaign readiness and address bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify capacity, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics issues and elevate as needed.
• Support capacity and operational planning for high-volume gifting periods and major campaigns.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Track progress of campaign preparation and report to Head of Operations.
