Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a strategic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day campaign execution and drive KPIs in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

You will manage key workflows, support client initiatives, optimize team efficiency, and ensure successful delivery of service standards while coordinating with Training, Quality, Workforce, and HR teams onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/ops/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred in BPO/tech-enabled services.
• Experience supporting technical support or customer service campaigns is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Amenable to onsite work with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of campaigns, ensuring performance and standards.
• Collaborate with Training, Quality, Workforce, and HR to support execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance; take corrective actions.
• Lead team leads/supervisors with coaching and performance reviews.
• Serve as primary client contact for reporting and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with financial and data privacy regulations.
• Lead business reviews with stakeholders and support forecasting.
