Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy, content strategy, advertising, or branded content development.
• Proven experience leading integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms and what content works where.
• Excellent leadership in managing small teams or project pods.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of creative strategies with a creator-first, platform-native approach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear content formats, narratives, and hooks for target audiences.
• Oversee storytelling direction, tone, and clarity across pitches, campaigns, and content plans.
• Integrate cultural insights and trends into timely, authentic ideas.
• Mentor writers and strategists, encouraging bold thinking and creative risk-taking.
• Facilitate brainstorms and workshops to surface executable ideas.
• Partner with BD, Accounts, and Production to move ideas from pitch to post with impact.
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to plan exclusive creator content.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
• Present strategies to clients and stakeholders to gain alignment and buy-in.
