Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within AdTech, Performance Marketing, or a Digital Agency environment.
• Proven track record in launching performance-based products (CPI/CPA).
• Strong technical understanding of attribution modeling.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct GCash Ads through high-impact visibility products.
• Develop frameworks for closed-loop attribution for performance verification.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Direct and Performance products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing and incentive models.
• Work with AdTech Tech Squads to implement custom creative formats.
