Job summary

GCash is seeking an App Traffic Strategy Manager to optimize customer journeys, manage in-app traffic, and leverage data-driven experiments to boost engagement and lifetime value across the app. You will collaborate with Product, Commercial, Campaigns, Growth Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to design growth initiatives that move the business forward in a fast-paced FinTech environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, App Marketing, or related role.
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and support business goals.
Manage in-app traffic allocation to maximize customer lifetime value and product adoption.
Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments to improve user journeys and campaign performance.
Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
Partner with Product, Commercial, Campaigns, Growth Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives.
Improve processes and ways of working to make journey planning, traffic management, and experimentation more efficient.
Track key performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support the achievement of business and commercial targets through data-driven strategies.
