Job summary

iQor CXBPO in Dasmariñas, Cavite is seeking a Training Specialist to update, enhance and produce training materials, and administer ongoing/new training aligned with our call center customer service philosophy.

You will conduct new hire classes, deliver recurrent trainings, adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learners, and collaborate with QA to drive curriculum improvements. A high school diploma and 1+ year call center training experience required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of training experience in a call center.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with department leaders to identify training needs for new hires and existing employees.
• Conducts new hire classes and prepares training materials and facilities.
• Delivers recurrent training, meetings, and seminars during policy/procedure updates.
• Adapts teaching style to accommodate different learning methods (roles, simulations, group work).
• Works with Quality Assurance to assess training gaps and improve curriculum.
• Creates and maintains training materials for product knowledge, processes, and call handling.
