Job summary

iQor is hiring a training specialist to update, enhance, and deliver training materials for call center teams. You will partner with department leaders to identify needs and run new hire classes with comprehensive materials and facilities.

In this role, you will conduct recurrent trainings, adapt teaching methods to diverse learners, and work with QA to close training gaps and improve the overall customer experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of training experience in call center environments.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs with department leaders.
• Prepares training materials and facilities for new hires.
• Conducts new hire and recurrent training sessions.
• Updates training content to reflect policy changes.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance to assess training gaps and improve curriculum.
