Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. in Batangas City, Philippines, is seeking a Call Center Agent for an on-site or hybrid role. You will perform outbound surveys, lead generation, event invitations and inbound support; update CRM data and respond to emails. This full-time position offers a guaranteed base salary plus benefits, health coverage, leaves, and performance incentives. Shift is graveyard, Monday to Friday with Saturday as needed, supporting US and Canadian clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or more.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• No BPO experience required; fresh graduates welcome.

Salary Package Structure
