Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions in Batangas City is hiring a Call Center Agent for on-site or hybrid work. You will handle outbound surveys, lead generation, event invites, and inbound queries, while updating CRM and responding to emails.

The role requires excellent English, 40 WPM typing, ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to different personalities. Fresh graduates are welcome; no BPO experience required.
