Recruitify_HR in Cebu City is seeking a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and assist with various requests.

You will provide accurate information, document interactions, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while meeting quality standards. Training is provided to new hires, and multiple sites/accounts are available.
