Job summary

City Savings Bank in Calamba, Laguna is seeking a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and collections across the branch loans portfolio. You will ensure targets and KPIs are met while maintaining quality service.

Responsibilities include redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, field visits, SMS notifications, and timely reporting; you will analyze accounts and evaluate clients' ability to pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills is a must (motorcycle), with driver's license.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of the collection targets as well as operational targets and KPIs of the NPL portfolio assigned to them.
• Perform collections activities such as redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, and SMS sends.
• Performs account analysis and evaluates client’s capability to pay.
• Computes for possible loan restructuring.
• Accomplishes all assigned necessary reports and submits in a timely manner.
• Checks all assigned documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all clients according to established standards.
