Job summary

City Savings Bank seeks a Branch Collection Associate in Laoag to monitor on-time billing and collections for the branch loan portfolio and to support the recovery of non-performing loans.

You will execute collection activities, analyze accounts for payment capability, and contribute to KPI targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Travel across the service area is required; a Bachelor's degree with loan/collection experience and a motorcycle license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in loans and collections is an advantage.
• Driving skills (motorcycle) with valid license.
• Strong oral and written communication in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection and KPI targets for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform collections activities such as redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits and SMS sends.
• Analyze accounts to evaluate customer’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructuring options.
• Prepare and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service according to established standards.
