Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in the Cage department.
• Sound knowledge of banking laws and regulations related to Cage operations.
• Provide outstanding guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous.
• Possess a flair for numerical and the ability to analyze complex information.
• Must possess good knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Cage Management with establishing the departmental business plan and setting Key Performance Objectives for the Casino Cage.
• Assist with the development of operational requirements for staffing levels in each Cage, identifying cost efficiencies daily.
• Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of business improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with development, maintenance and revision of Cage policies and procedures; ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulations and ICS Universal Hotels policies; support Responsible Gaming and AML.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management; report on relevant matters.
