As Café Lead, you will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily operations, monitor sales and expenses, and drive store performance while upholding CBTL's FROTH values. This on-site position requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• With experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
