Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH, under Table Group Inc., is hiring a Café Deputy to join a team that values great people, service, and quality coffee experiences. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily store operations, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in F&B/retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage P&L, inventory, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B/retail/hotel & restaurant management.
• Experience in people and team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Ensure staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
