What About Coffee? (WACo) in our growing café seeks a skilled Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, oversee health and safety, and coordinate with our Executive Chef Consultant.

This leadership role drives menu execution, quality service, staff supervision, and collaboration on marketing and sales initiatives to meet targets in an in-person, full-time setting.

Responsibilities

• In-charge with the consistent implementation of the health protocols in the workplace
• Responsible for achieving the restaurant’s sales targets
• Continuously creates restaurant’s marketing initiatives
• Supervises the implementation of Marketing and Sales building activities of the restaurant
• Present various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submits on a timely manner
• Staff Scheduling
• Timekeeping Validation
• Sales Report
• Inventory and Orders
• Directional Reports
• Incident Reports
• Other reports that may be required from Operations Department
• Supervises employee productivity, training, performance management, attendance and discipline
• Ensure customer satisfaction in observance of the company's Quality Service and Standards
• Helps the team execute day-to-day restaurant operations in line with the Restaurant’s Quality Service and Standards
• Ensure customers' satisfaction by providing an excellent and professional service to customers
• Ensure co-workers' and customers' health and safety in the workplace
• Consistently executes Pat&Pat Bistro Service & Hospitality Touchpoints.
• Mastery and Execution of Pat&Pat Bistro Service and Hospitality Standards
• Delivers GIFTS to Pat&Pat Bistro customers in an excellent manner: Great Food, Ice Cold Beverages, Fast Serving Time, Tangible Value of Experience, Service that Connects
