Job summary

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf PH under The Table Group, Inc. is seeking Store Managers/Store Supervisors to be assigned in Robinsons Cybergate Cebu. Energetic, adaptable leaders with strong operations experience are invited to apply.

Candidates should be able to work full-time (9 hours/day, 6 days/week), manage daily reports, inventory, scheduling and people. Willing to travel to Manila for 2 weeks for training with free accommodation.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 3–5 years in supervisor/managerial roles.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and lead a team.
• Experience in inventory, scheduling and daily reporting desirable.

• Oversee and optimize daily store operations at Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf PH under The Table Group, Inc. is looking for a Store Managers/ Store Supervisors to be assigned in Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.

CBTL is looking for an energetic and open-minded personality, a very adaptable and passionate individual. Able to work well with a group and can handle operations needs very well, especially during peak months.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College Graduate
• Have at least 3-5 years experience as Supervisor/Managerial position
• Can work full time, a minimum of 9 hrs/day and 6 days a week
• Has knowledge in daily reports, inventory management, scheduling, people management
• Coffee lover/drinker
• Up for Travel and Adventure, willing to be trained here in Manila for 2 weeks (FREE ACCOMMODATION)
