The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) for SM Tuguegarao. You will lead the cafe team, oversee daily operations, monitor sales and expenses, and ensure top-notch customer experience.

We’re seeking candidates with 2+ years in F&B or retail management, strong leadership, and a knack for cost control. Weekend shifts and holidays are part of the role, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
