Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) for the SM Iloilo location. You will lead and coach the cafe team while ensuring top service standards and smooth daily operations.

Responsible for monitoring sales, P&L, inventory, and expenses, you will prepare operational reports, manage staffing, and drive targets. Join a friendly team with growth opportunities and CBTL’s FROTH values guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
