PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Cadet IT Systems Engineer Training Program at AIRNAV is 6 months of intensive technical training experience designed to build real-world IT skills through hands-on learning and rigorous evaluation.

This program emphasizes a self-directed learning approach, encouraging participants to take ownership of their development while being supported by experienced engineering mentors. You’ll dive deep into the fundamentals of systems engineering—learning how to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems.

Key topics include:

• Linux Virtualization Technologies and Enterprise Operating Systems

• Networking Fundamentals for Physical, Virtualized, and Cloud Environments

• Core Systems Engineering Principles and Best Practices

• Containerization and Modern Application Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

• DevOps Culture, Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Fundamentals

• Software Testing Methodologies, Quality Assurance, and Test Automation

• Professional Business Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

• System Monitoring, Diagnostics, and Troubleshooting Techniques

To successfully complete the program, participants must pass assessments at the end of each course module. These evaluations are designed to measure both knowledge and practical skills.
