Responsibilities

• Undergo on-the-job training in activated carbon manufacturing processes, including carbonization, activation, cooling, screening, crushing, and related production operations.
• Learn and assist in the operation and monitoring of industrial boilers and steam-generation equipment.
• Monitor production equipment, operating conditions, temperatures, pressures, steam flow, and other process parameters.
• Assist in identifying abnormal operating conditions and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance personnel for appropriate corrective action.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safe and stable operation.
• Assist in production planning, monitoring of production output, and investigation of process deviations.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Cadet Engineer who will undergo structured training in the operation, monitoring, and improvement of our activated carbon production processes and boiler/utilities operations. The position is suitable for fresh graduates or engineers with limited industrial experience who want to develop strong practical knowledge in manufacturing, process operations, equipment, safety, and production management. The Cadet Engineer will work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety teams and will gradually be given responsibility for operating and supervising assigned production and utility areas.
