Job summary

Davao Central Chemical Corporation in Davao City is seeking skilled Boiler Engineers to join our team. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial boilers to support our chemical manufacturing processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience preferred. PRC licensed engineers are required, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work night shifts, holidays, and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PRC Licensed Engineer is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in boiler engineering preferred.

About the role

Davao Central Chemical Corporation is seeking skilled Boiler Engineers to join our team in Davao City. As Boiler Engineers, they will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of our industrial boilers, ensuring efficient and safe performance to support our chemical manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of boilers, including start-up, shut-down, and monitoring procedures

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address any issues or potential problems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions

• Maintain detailed records of boiler operations, including fuel consumption, water treatment, and any repairs or modifications

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and PRC Licensed Engineer
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Boiler Engineer in an industrial or chemical manufacturing setting
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of boiler systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve boiler-related issues
• Strong physical health to endure shifting duties at nighttime, during holidays and Sundays.
