Job summary

You will create, modify and optimize technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools, translating engineers' sketches into precise digital documents used in construction and delivery processes.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering Drafting, at least two years of CAD experience, strong drawing standards knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry CAD software and standards.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specs.
• 2+ years CAD drafting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building electronics or MEP coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings using CAD software per standards.
• Convert sketches and concepts into detailed CAD drawings.
• Modify drawings based on revisions from engineers and PMs.
• Ensure dimensions, annotations and formatting are clear.
• Maintain drawing libraries with version control.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks before client submission.
• Assist in construction documents and technical specs.
• Stay updated with CAD software improvements.
