Job summary

A leading digital drafting firm in Metro Manila is seeking an AutoCAD Operator to produce accurate technical drawings and assist engineering teams. This ON-SITE, project-based role requires a diploma in a related field and proven experience in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess good communication skills. The role offers a gross monthly pay ranging from Php14,000.00 to Php20,000.00.

Qualifications

Job description

As an AutoCAD Operator, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, converting design concepts into digital CAD drawings, and assisting our engineering and architecture teams to bring ideas to life.

• Prepare, modify, and update detailed 2D drawings based on project specifications, sketches, and instructions.
• Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to industry and client standards for all drawings.
• Support engineers, architects, and designers in translating concepts into precise, workable drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope.
• Assist in managing drawing versions, ensuring proper documentation and organization of files.

This is a project-based, ON-SITE role with a Monday-Friday mid-shift work schedule.

Contract length: 5 months

Rate: Ranges from Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 gross monthly pay

• Diploma or technical certification in AutoCAD, Drafting, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator or in a similar drafting role (3-5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Basic 3D skills a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all drawings.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Knowledge of construction or engineering terms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with other CAD software (Revit, SketchUp, Civil 3D, or SolidWorks).
• Familiarity with local and international industry standards (building codes, technical specifications).
