Job summary

Max's Group, Inc. seeks a skilled CAD Operator to join the Design team in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

The role involves producing drawings from Architect/Engineer specifications using CAD software to create accurate construction designs within deadlines. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design, at least 2 years of related experience, and preferably Autodesk Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 2 years in the same position or related field.
• Autodesk Certification preferred.
• Aptitude for manual, hand drawings.
• Good knowledge of geometric construction and drafting terminology.

Responsibilities

• Creates drawings based on specifications by Architect/Engineer.
• Drafts detailed plans on computer or by hand.
• Maintains and updates electronic drawings, documents, templates.
• Tracks and monitors design changes.

About the role

Max's Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our Design team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will provide guidelines and technical details of the structure that is being built using details provided by the Architect or Engineer using specific computer applications and software with the purpose of creating and developing most comprehensive and accurate construction design feasible in the time allocated.

Key responsibilities

• Creates drawing based on the specifications given by the Architect or Engineer
• Drafts in details the plans on the computers or manually
• Maintains and updates electronic drawings, documents, templates.
• Tracks and monitors design changes
• Ensures compliance of drafting standards
• Prepares documents needed for the projects
• Meets the prescribed architectural standards

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field
• At least 2 years in the same position in and related field
• Preferably with Autodesk Certification
• Have aptitude for manual, hand drawings
• Good knowledge about geometric construction, architectural terminology and other drafting procedures and processes.
• Good conceptualization skills
