Job summary

B2C Development and Construction Corporation in the Philippines seeks a drafting professional to ensure accuracy and timely preparation of construction drawings for Cabuyao projects. You will use AutoCAD and SketchUp on-site.

You will identify discrepancies between plans and conditions, update drawings for design changes, and prepare technical documentation including RFIs and shop drawings. Strong organization and coordination with architects and teams are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is required or highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shop drawing preparation and construction documentation.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of construction drawings.
• Prepare, revise, and update drawings using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
• Identify discrepancies between approved plans and site conditions and coordinate or recommend practical solutions.
• Update and revise drawings to reflect approved design changes, site conditions, and project modifications.
• Prepare and process technical documentation, including permit requirements, RFIs, RFAs, RFCs, and other project submissions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of shop drawings as required.
• Support document control and maintain complete, accurate, and organized digital records of drawings and other project documents.
• Prepare, consolidate, and update as-built drawings covering Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical works.
• Coordinate closely with the Architect, Construction Team, and Documentation Team to ensure drawings and technical requirements are properly communicated and implemented.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and accomplishment reports as required.

Willing to be assigned to the project site in Cabuyao, Laguna.
