Job summary

Taikisha Philippines Inc. is seeking a CAD Operator to prepare and conceptualize shop drawings based on schematic designs for bidding and construction references. You will ensure drawings meet specifications and standards and support permit and construction processes.

Candidates should have a background in Architecture or Engineering with at least 3 years of drafting experience, be IT-savvy with CAD applications, and be willing to work overtime and be assigned in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering Course or Drafting Technology.
• 3 years work experience in mechanical, electrical and architectural design and drawings.
• Willing to work overtime, including during holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conceptualize design shop drawings for bidding and reference using CAD tools.
• Ensure all design drawings and technical drawings comply with specifications and standards.
• Draw and print project plans such as design drawings for permit and construction

Cad Operators are responsible for the:

• Preparation and conceptualization of design shop drawings based on received schematic rough design for purposes of bidding, selection of materials/ equipment and actual work reference through the use of computer-aided design and drafting applications.

• To ensure all design drawings and technical drawings are completed according to specifications and standards

• To draw and print project plans such as design drawings, for permit, for construction and others

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering Course or Drafting Technology

• With 3 years work experience in mechanical, electrical and architectural design and drawings

• Knowledgeable with CAD Applications
