Job summary

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. invites applications for a CAD Operator / Site Project Architect to support our construction project in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.

You will prepare and update architectural and construction drawings, rely on AutoCAD, and coordinate with site engineers and the project team. The role emphasizes accuracy, on-site documentation, and timely drawing revisions to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or CAD certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, architectural works or site-based projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to prepare detailed technical drawings.
• Knowledge of architectural plans, drawing standards, and drawing interpretation.
• Familiarity with as-built drawings and site documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and update architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings, detail drawings, and other technical drawings.
• Assist in preparation and updating drawing sets based on site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineers, Project Manager, and other project personnel.
• Assist in monitoring architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings, revisions, and other technical documents.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to architectural and site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding drawings, details, and architectural requirements, as necessary.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager or Site Architect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings, assisting with site architectural requirements, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring that drawings and site documentation are properly maintained and aligned with project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• With minimum One (1) year experience in construction, architectural works, or site-based projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing detailed technical drawings.

• Knowledge of architectural plans, construction details, and drawing standards.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Familiarity with as-built drawings and site documentation is an advantage.

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work on-site in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.
