Job description

Responsibilities

• Creates technical drawings based on architectural and structural plans.
• Coordinates closely with Project Engineers and Sales Executive for discussion and clarification of client requirements
• Conducts periodic visits to sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
• Finalization of as-built plan prior project turn-over
• Review drawing for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain all revisions of project drawing.
• Update and maintain drafting log.
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
• At least 1-3years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Persons who have confidence and momentum to finish drawings work quickly and proficiently.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
