Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented shop drawing specialist to translate design concepts into buildable documentation for manufacturing and installation. You will use CAD and Rhino to produce precise, coordinated drawings that reflect design intent and comply with project standards.

You will support design-to-manufacturing workflows, coordinate across disciplines, and continuously improve drawing accuracy, consistency, and productivity across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural feature systems, facade systems, timber products, or architectural manufacturing.

Purpose of this role:

You are responsible for producing precise and coordinated shop drawings for non-standard and standard solutions, ensuring all documentation meets required quality standards and supports error-free manufacturing and installation

Responsibility:

• You are responsible for producing precise and coordinated shop drawings for non-standard and standard solutions, ensuring all documentation meets required quality standards and supports error-free manufacturing and installation.
• You use advanced design tools (such as CAD and Rhino) to translate design concepts into detailed, buildable drawings, ensuring geometry and system requirements are clearly and correctly represented

To improve drawing accuracy, consistency, and production readiness across all projects, while increasing efficiency and output to support the company’s broader design-to-delivery process.

Key Accountabilities

• Accurate Shop Drawing Production: Produce clear, precise, and coordinated shop drawings that accurately translate design intent into buildable documentation suitable for manufacturing and installation
• Drawing Quality & Error Minimisation: Maintain a high standard of drafting accuracy by ensuring all drawings are thoroughly checked, consistent, and free from errors that could impact fabrication, installation, or downstream project delivery.
• Execution of Design Intent Through Technical Documentation: Translate architectural and system design intent into detailed technical drawings using appropriate tools and standards, ensuring geometry, components, and interfaces are clearly and correctly represented.
• Drawing Output & Productivity Delivery: Consistently deliver drawing work in line with project timelines and agreed workload expectations, ensuring steady output that supports broader project delivery schedules

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience specifically within architectural feature systems, facade systems, timber products, or architectural manufacturing.
• Experience with Rhino if already proficient in another advanced CAD platform.
• Exposure to design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Knowledge of shop drawing coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes for technical documentation.
• Experience working with senior designers, architects, or project stakeholders.
• Understanding of Working Genius methodology (Tenacity, Enablement).
• Experience improving drawing efficiency, standardization, and productivity metrics.
• Exposure to 3D modelling and visualization workflows beyond drafting requirements.
