• Experience in structural drafting for residential, commercial and data centres.
• Proficient use of Revit for building models and drawings.

• Excellent written and spoken English for client and team communication.

Quality Assurance Responsibilities

• Compliance with the Company's procedures, work instructions and goals.
• Identification and advice to Management of any quality concerns.
• Completion of checklists upon request.
• Rectification of any situations that could be a potential health and/or safety hazard.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Focus - Effective internal colleague relationships established and maintained with a high level of communication and understanding
2. Operations - High quality drawings for allocated Structural Engineering projects

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

The applicant must have:

• 5-7 years (Australian) experience in structural drafting using Revit on residential, commercial and / or data centres.
• 5-7 years Revit experience using BIM 360, RTV, Aconex etc.
• Strong English communication
• Office-based role

Previous experience in:

• Concrete framed buildings, wall elevations, concrete details
• Reinforcing plans and details
• Precast elevations and details
• Steel framing and detailing
• Retention plans, elevations and details
