Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Senior Aluminium Facade Draftsman / BIM Coordinator to join our team in Mandaluyong. The role focuses on detailed shop and fabrication drawings, BIM coordination, and Revit model development with LOD 300–400.

You will collaborate with structural, MEP, and on-site teams, review junior outputs for accuracy, and ensure drawings meet specifications and consultant standards. Strong curtain wall experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in curtain wall and façade systems.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Skilled in fabrication drawings and BIM coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and technical discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and on-site project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop, fabrication, and assembly drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and on-site project teams
• Review junior draftsmen outputs for technical accuracy
• Ensure drawings comply with specifications, BOQ, and consultant standards
• Develop Revit BIM models with LOD 300–400 requirements
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and BIM family management

Qualification and requirements:

• Strong background in curtain wall and façade systems
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
• Skilled in fabrication drawings and BIM coordination
• Strong attention to detail and technical discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technical documentation

Preferred:

• Experience with Technal aluminium systems
• Knowledge of custom façade systems and detailing
• Familiarity with LogiKal by Orga-Data
• Experience using SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
• Knowledge of 3ds Max rendering workflows
