Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a CAD Team Leader in Metro Manila (Ortigas hub) to develop 3D models and coordinate CAD data across projects.

You will update drawings from site measurements, generate installation outputs, and ensure timely delivery with the team. The role requires prior Team Leader level experience, a Diploma or equivalent, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues.

• Log project data accurately per industry-standard document management practices.
• Offer guidance and support to team members for smooth project execution.
• Perform other reasonable job-related duties as required.

• Develop 3D models using data gathered from 3D scans

Requirements

• Prior experience in a role of this type at a Team Leader Level
• Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent.
• Level of understanding for relevant legal & regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
• Ability to work on your autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Problem Solving skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• IT skills and ability to competently use common technology & devices

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm fixed start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
