Job summary

ERBAS ASIA INC invites a skilled CAD/BIM Draftsperson to join our Manila team, focusing on building services modelling with REVIT MEP and AutoCAD.

You will perform Autodesk Revit MEP modelling for building services and MEPF CAD drafting, collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate drawings and timely delivery.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, self-starting approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit MEP for building services.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP modelling and MEPF drafting.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Navisworks knowledge preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work independently from markups using REVIT MEP and AutoCAD to produce drawings.
• Model Building Services in Revit MEP and prepare MEPF CAD drafts.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate, build-ready details.

Key responsibilities

• Work systematically and independently from single line mark ups using latest version of REVIT MEP, AutoCad, and quality equipment

• Perform Autodesk Revit MEP Modelling for Building Services

• Perform MEPF CAD drafting

About you

• Minimum 3-year experience using AutoCad and Revit MEP for building services

• Skills in Autodesk Revit MEP Modelling Building Services, MEPF CAD drafting

• Good English communication skills, verbal and written

• Knowledgeable on the use of Navisworks preferred but not required

• MS applications
