Job summary

AEB Inc. - Manila is hiring an Interior Design CAD/Revit Modeler for on-site work in Makati. The position requires 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

You will develop detailed interior design drawings using REVIT and BIM modeling, prepare accurate construction documents, and ensure timely submission of production drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD is also required to support the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience with CAD/Revit.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Implements from sketches to detailed interior designs using REVIT and BIM Modeling works as per instructions.
• Prepares design project drawings with consistency, accuracy, neatness and presentation.
• Executes drafting activities based on strong CAD/Revit knowledge and can troubleshoot CAD/ Revit design software issues independently.
• Attends to direct instructions from the Employer regarding development and progress of the production design drawings.
• Ensures design and computer-aided production works are submitted on time as per schedule.
• Performs duties and other functions as maybe directed by the Employer from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements from sketches to detailed interior designs using REVIT and BIM Modelling works as per specified instructions of Team Leader or Senior Interior Designers.
• Adheres and complies to standard set for execution of implementation of design works.
• Prepares design project drawings with consistency, accuracy, neatness and presentation.
• Execute drafting activities based on strong CAD/Revit knowledge and can troubleshoot CAD/ Revit design software issues independently, when needed.
• Attends to any direct instructions from the Employer regarding development and progress of the production design drawings.
• Ensures design and computer-aided production works are submitted on time as per schedule.
• Performs duties and other functions as maybe directed by the Employer from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of work experience in using CAD/Revit
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM Modeling, and AutoCAD
