Job summary

InfiniVAN Inc. is seeking an experienced Cable Landing Station (CLS) Manager to oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, security, and reliability of the CLS facilities in the Philippines.

The role requires a licensed engineer with at least 7 years in telecom, CLS, or submarine cable operations, and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. You will coordinate submarine cable systems, OSP fiber, network, power, cooling, and security, ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) is required.
• Licensed Engineer is mandatory.
• 7+ years in telecom, CLS, data center, OSP fiber, or submarine cable operations.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of submarine cable, OSP fiber, BMH, MEPF, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with OTDR, OLTS, fiber splicing, and restoration preferred.
• Able to lead 24/7 operations and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 24/7 CLS operations, maintenance, and incident response.

• Oversee submarine cable, BMH, OSP fiber, network, power, cooling, and security systems.

• Coordinate fiber testing, splicing, OTDR, restoration, and submarine cable maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with NTC, DICT, DENR, LGU, BFP, and other regulatory requirements.

• Manage vendors, contractors, clients, and service providers.

• Lead the CLS operations team and ensure safety, reliability, and SLA compliance.

• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning, audits, documentation, and facility upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

• Licensed Engineer required.
