Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Management and Governance Executive (Project-based) to lead asset operations across the market, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance and utilization of cabinet assets to support growth and commercial goals.

The role collaborates with Sales, Distributor Operations, and Commercial teams, supporting MagnumOne deployment, data readiness, and user adoption. Relevant experience in asset management and enterprise systems is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, sales operations, commercial operations, or related business functions.
• Experience supporting business transformation and system deployment initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cabinet Asset Management operations, including deployment, transfers, retrievals, maintenance and inventory management.
• Support MagnumOne Project Deployment, business readiness, and data quality improvements.
• Establish and maintain standardized cabinet management processes and governance.
• Coordinate data cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities with IT teams.
• Drive user adoption, change management and training for new processes and systems.
• Lead UAT and quality assurance for cabinet management processes and sign-off to Deployment Lead.
• Collaborate with project teams, deployment leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
